This is not a typical rental villa, but a house designed as a home, cozy and intimate, yet providing luxury and a variety of amenities that make it truly unique. Built from local stone, this impressive structure blends harmoniously into a spectacular landscape of rocks, blooming nature and the Ionian Sea as far out as the mountains of Albania The terraced garden slopes down to the path which leads to the village of Kassiopi, or the beach of Kalamionas.

The exteriors are dominated by a spectacular 17m. -long infinity pool, complete with not one but two lovely pool houses: one houses the gym, while the other can accommodate two teenagers who would prefer some privacy, as well as the proximity to the game room where the table tennis, table soccer and air-hockey are and what spells vacation if not dips in the pool followed by relentless game tournaments? Around the large terraces there are sunbeds, a seating area and a lounge, a shaded dining area and a BBQ.

The interiors are huge, filled with light and designed in a delightful country style, thats chic and inviting. Exposed beams on the ceiling, wood floors and a stunning fireplace accentuate the common areas. There is ample space for everyone with a separate TV room, an office as well as designated cards room because what spells vacation if not a tournament of canasta in the evenings?
