Lake Como: From its lofty perch above Bellagio, Villa Britta affords unobstructed views of all three branches of the worlds favourite lake.
The kitchen, dining room, living room and an extra half-bath are all on the main floor, along with two ensuite guestrooms, one with a double bed and one with twin beds. Virtually all of the main floor rooms have direct access to the garden and pool area, giving guests the opportunity to live the indoor/outdoor lifestyle that Italy is famous for. Upstairs, guests will find a convenient workstation sitting between the two additional ensuite guestrooms as well as a storage space for suitcases. The basement, accessed from the outside, promises fun for the whole family with foosball and Wii sports, a fitness room and sauna as well as a fully-stocked wine cellar with a rustic wooden tasting table.

The villa is located just a few minutes' drive from the town centre in a slightly elevated position offering spectacular lake views.   The location provides privacy and tranquility, while still allowing guests to remain close to the area's restaurants, shops and overall hustle and bustle.   As is common throughout Lake Como, and particularly for properties situated in elevated and scenic positions, the roads leading to the villa are narrow and winding. The final stretch from the main road to the property requires extra care when driving, and we recommend hiring a small, compact vehicle.
