Mar, a peaceful neighbourhood that borders Quinta do Lago, the villa is well placed
to access local amenities and attractions.
The sandy Ancao Beach with a selection of beach bars and restaurants is
just a 10 15 minute stroll from the villa and a short walk further along the beach
will bring you to Garrao beach with further beach bars. Restaurants, the lake in Quinta do Lago, the
Ria Formosa nature reserve, Quinta Shopping, the resort of Vale do Lobo and plenty
of golf courses are all within easy reach.
Villa Alba Sol is designed in classic Portugese style and is
decorated with bold touches of colour. Designed
with relaxation and entertainment in mind the villa features a games room
complete with pool table, table football and table tennis as well as a private pool
with jacuzzi and a shaded outdoor dining terrace with barbecue. The property offers four double ensuite
bedrooms and for added flexibility a fifth bedroom with shower room is
available on the lower ground floor. This room is located next to the games room and has four single beds making it ideal
for children or teenagers. The property benefits from air-conditioning throughout with the exception of the lower ground floor which is generally cooler.
