Landscaped grounds. Private heated 15m x 4m swimming pool (depth: 1. 50m; Roman steps; electric cover, pool heating included as required), poolside shower & WC, sunbathing area, poolside bar. Covered terraces for dining al fresco, outdoor fireplaces, BBQ. Electric gate and parking for 3 cars. A range of board games & table tennis are available for guests to use as well as the owners personal bikes (including 2 electric), but guests must sign a disclaimer to use.
