Villa Paradise is located on a private domain, between the charming town of Cascais and the World Heritage site of Sintra. Perfectly located for trips between Sintra, Cascais and Lisbon but quiet enough to get out of the hustle bustle of the centre. A great location for golfers or family holidays around the pool. The domain has several similar villas on the same estate, occasionally the allocated villa may not be the same decor and colour as shown in the photographs.

Lisbon Area: Villa Paradise is located in a closed neighborhood on the Atlantic coast, between the charming town of Cascais and the World Heritage site of Sintra.
Villa Paradise is elegant, well equipped and offers ensuite bedrooms and comfortable spacious living areas. Outside guests can enjoy alfresco dining facilities, sunbathing terraces and a private pool.
Set in woodland surroundings just 2 km from Guincho Beach, a 10-minute walk from Malveira da Serra and a short 15-minute drive to Cascais. History and culture await in Sintra, a UNESCO World Heritage site just 20 minutes away and here you can discover the Moorish Castle, Pena Palace, National Palace, and the enchanting Quinta da Regaleira.
There are plenty of outdoor activities to enjoy in the area including Cabo da Rocas cliff-top walks with spectacular ocean views, or you may wish to venture into the mountains and parks for scenic hikes. Golf lovers will appreciate the proximity to Quinta Marinha, Pena Longa and Oitavos golf courses, all within a 15-minute drive.
Just north of Sintra is the delightful old town of Ericeira that takes you back in time to the days when it was a tiny fishing village. Cobbled streets, white-washed houses and a plethora of restaurants and cafes offer excellent food, especially the sea-food for which Portugal is deservedly famous.

Fees and conditions
- Refundable security deposit to be paid - amount advised at time of booking | From 1st November 2024 a local tourist tax must be paid for any guests over the age of 16. The charge during low season (November 1st - March 31st) is 5 Euros per person (for stays of 5 consecutive nights) and during high season (April 1st - October 31st) it is 10 Euros per person (for stays of 5 consecutive nights). Payment of this tax will be billed with the balance of the booking
