Comporta Beach Villa totals 310 sq metres and is positioned on top of a sand dune facing west towards the setting sun as well as enjoying distant views of the Arrabida hills. The pool with its curving deck is positioned on the roof terrace - a great place to enjoy sunsets - whilst Praia do Pego is just a few minutes walk away, though lavender and rosemary-scented pine woods. The main access to the beach runs immediately in front of the villa. A luxury villa of contemporary design, the property offers 5 bedrooms and open plan areas for relaxed elegant living, built around a central courtyard set for outdoor dining. It has floor-to-ceiling windows, with smooth stone, slatted wood features and look-at-me furniture setting the tone.
Available for vacation rentals all year round, it is fitted with a fireplace and has under floor heating throughout. A private walkway around the villa is planted to either side with prairie flowers and there is also a childrens playground - all designed to blend in with the villas setting. The Comporta region located within the Sado Estuary Nature Reserve where the Sado river meets the ocean, has long been a favourite holiday resort of Portugals oldest families and has slowly also become known and loved by the international set, including a number of designers such as Christian Louboutin; due mainly to its simple charm and magical landscapes of rice fields and pine forests, thatched cottages and long unspoilt golden sandy beaches.
Please note - Due to some unprotected drops from exterior terraces and staircases (but onto sand dunes), this property is not ideal for unsupervised toddlers! However, the owners have young childrens themselves and there are a number of toys available plus a childrens playground for clients to use.

Sitting room with a cards/games table these two areas share a double fire place and have an all-glass French windows with wooden shutters opening onto a long west facing terrace (no railings).
Master 4-poster double bedroom (bed size 1,80 x 2 m) also opening to west facing terrace (shared with sitting room) and with en suite-bathroom with separate shower.
2 twin/double bedrooms (each with 2 beds of 0,80 x 2 m), both with doors to exterior and sharing a shower bathroom.
Double bedroom (bed size 1,60 x 2 m) opening to rear terrace and with en-suite shower bathroom.
Larder and kitchen with central work island, open plan dining area opening to the central courtyard for outdoor dining or rear terrace.

The rear terrace can also be used as a safe play area for children and has access to the laundry room.
