Fabulous 5-bedroomed seaside villa with pool an the exclusive gated domain within the Vista Alegre area of Ibiza, with breathtaking views over Es Cubells bay.
The nearest beach is Es Torrent and the nearest town is San Jos.
Set in beautiful surroundings with several terraces, covered chill-out spaces and sunbathing areas, guests can relax and unwind from the moment of arrival. With wonderful front-line views over the sea, the outside areas feature a private 7m x 2m swimming pool over 2 levels with children's section, 6 sunbeds plus extra mattresses, a barbecue and dining area for 10 people provide the perfect space for alfresco living and a breakfast low seating area for 6. There is a second larger pool below the house that can be used by guests, it is a communal pool for a few of the neighbouring houses but it is very rarely used so it's mostly empty, there are 4 sun loungers kept separately down at the pool for Villa Everly guests only. There is also an extra chill-out area with 4 loungers and massage bed or yoga area.
