This extraordinary property is just a few minutes walk from two beautiful beaches with white sand and crystal clear waters. Located in the prestigious and exclusive neighbourhood of Mal Pas-Bon Aire just a 5 minute drive from Alcudia and 10km from the popular Port de Pollenca.
The grounds include an expansive 20m saltwater pool with jacuzzi surrounded by sunloungers, an outdoor shower, a barbeque and outdoor dining terrace, lounge areas and a childrens playground with basketball hoop. A sauna is also available for an additional fee. Inside, you will find a media room, Wi-Fi and air conditioning throughout and Smart Home technology. The property is equipped with an alrm and CCTV for client's peace of mind.
The main house accommodates 16 guests in 8 ensuite bedrooms with underfloor heating in the bathrooms and a private safe. The attic bedroom would be particularly well suited to children. A further 4 guests can be accommodated in the guesthouse which has 2 ensuite bedrooms, a living area and private terrace.
