direct access to the sea in the rocky cove at the bottom of the garden via a path
and steps. (Please do take care with children;
recommended over 12 year olds only. ) The villa is within walking
distance of sandy coves, restaurants and boutique shops. The vibrant marina at Cala dOr is just a short drive or a 20 minute walk from the villa and Portopetro is only
2km away.
Approached via a gated entrance with
palm and olive tree lined gardens this is a well presented 6 bedroom modern
villa with bright, comfortable living spaces and the benefit of air
conditioning and WiFi in all rooms. Please note that the air
conditioning operates via a pre-set timer but 24 hr air conditioning is
available on request for an additional charge.
Outside the crystal clear swimming
